We can never say enough about you. Every day you are there, making a difference in the lives of your guests and teammates. Every day you give so much of yourselves to make others smile, to make their day better or easier. Every day you serve tirelessly, putting the benefit of others as your top priority. Every day you inspire those around you – especially us.

It is our privilege and our hope to do all we can to enrich and nourish your lives through your experience with this team. There are a lot of methods we employ in order to accomplish this deeply important goal: a mission that matters; a fun, rewarding and invigorating work environment that offers both flexibility and opportunity; a culture focused on relationship and service to others; little goodies along the way, from free stuff to team member celebrations. In fact, we believe that many of the most meaningful and powerful benefits of being a part of this team will not show up in the enclosed material. 

Certainly, though, we know that the benefits offered in this presentation matter to you…which means they matter to us.
